Abstract
3D bioprinting is an additive manufacturing method to assembly living cells in vitro, which could be widely used in tissue regeneration and drug screen. As the bioink is so soft, there are many challenges during printing with living cells.
Over the past ten years, our team has carried out a series of studies on the formation theory of photocurable bioink forming, serialized 3D printing processes, consumables and equipment. In the talk, we also reported some progresses about the construction of auditory nerve organoids, in situ bioprinting, and organ-level printing.
